Privacy policy.
This policy explains what OUI Pickleball collects, why, and the rights you have. It covers the OUI website, accounts, the wear store, the OUI Fund and events.

What we collect
Account: email address and profile fields — username, display name, country, and optionally a telephone number. Commerce: orders, order items and payment status (card details are handled by our payment processor, never stored by OUI). Community: Fund votes, Fund candidacies including the video you upload, event registrations and event-waitlist entries (city, country, email). Support: tickets you open and their replies. Marketing: newsletter email if you subscribe. Measurement: aggregated analytics only when you have accepted cookies.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process orders and tee preorders, deliver tees, run the OUI Fund — candidacy review, community votes, winner selection and payouts — manage events and waitlists, answer support tickets, send the newsletter you opted into, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that make OUI work: payment providers (to charge orders), our email provider (transactional and newsletter email), and hosting/database infrastructure. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Retention
Account data is kept until you request deletion. Votes and candidacies are kept for the Fund cycle in which they participate, then aggregated for the public impact report. Support tickets: 2 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Orders: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, export (portability) and erase your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@ouipickleball.com — we reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, votes and candidacy for future cycles.
Cookies
We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies and local storage (session, language, cart, consent). Analytics only runs after you accept. See the Cookie policy for the full list.
Minors
OUI is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact privacy@ouipickleball.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
