Legal
Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the OUI website, account, wear store, the OUI Fund and OUI events. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance
By browsing OUI, creating an account, buying a tee or taking part in the Fund or an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account, order or take part in the Fund. Under-18s may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts & usernames
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Public @usernames are allocated first-come, first-served and may be reclaimed if they impersonate someone, infringe rights or stay inactive. Keep your profile information accurate.
Orders & tee preorders
Prices include VAT where applicable; shipping is shown at checkout. OUI tees are often sold as limited preorders: production opens when the preorder window closes. Once a preorder closes and production starts, the order is locked (see Refunds).
OUI Fund mechanics
10 € from every OUI tee sold goes to the OUI Fund. Monthly pools are split 60 % PRO / 40 % AMATEUR. Winners per category = max(1, ceil(pool ÷ max prize)), with a maximum of 5 000 € per Pro winner and 1 000 € per Amateur winner. Leftovers carry into the next month and results are published on the impact page.
Voting rules
Each member has 5 votes per month, one per player, weighted up to 3× (account verification, seniority, buying a tee and past votes). You cannot vote for yourself. Votes are final for the cycle and feed 40 % of the score; merit (DUPR progression and performance) feeds 60 %.
Candidacies
You need a complete profile and the player role to apply. A 1–2 minute video is optional but recommended. Applications are moderated before they appear publicly. A candidacy automatically renews each month unless you withdraw it; one application per player per month.
Events & waitlist
Event registration is subject to capacity and the organizer's conditions. The waitlist tells us where to bring OUI events next: we only publish an event when it is real — no fake calendar, ever.
Intellectual property
OUI names, logos, designs and content belong to OUI Pickleball or its partners. You keep ownership of your content (profile, video, reviews) and grant OUI a licence to display it on the platform — you can withdraw it by deleting the content or your account.
Acceptable use
No hate, cheating, abuse, spam, impersonation or unlawful activity on the platform, in the Fund or at OUI events. Violations can lead to suspension or exclusion without refund.
Refunds
Tee preorders can be cancelled and refunded any time before the preorder window closes and production begins. After production opens, preorders are final and not refundable — this is what makes limited runs possible. Defective or wrongly shipped items are always replaced or refunded — contact support.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. Sport carries risk: playing, training and events are at your own risk — we recommend appropriate insurance. Fund results depend on sales, votes and merit scoring.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid OUI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to the service
We continuously improve OUI: features may change, be paused or removed (for example a Fund cycle format or event). Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes go to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
